Occupational Therapist
Reporting to the Clinical lead the OT is responsible for assessing, designing, and supervising OT treatment goals for children with autism and related developmental disabilities. The OT will collaborate with the ABA treatment team and the BCBAs in the setting up and maintaining of ABA programmes and individual client goals. The OT will collaborate with the treatment team assigned to each clients’ case to help ensure that First Bridge Centre provides high-quality evidence-based services. The OT will complete screenings, assessments, client reports, and other supervisory responsibilities as is appropriate and necessary based on the client service contract.
Ideally experienced in working with ABA, the successful applicant will have experience in managing relationships, excellent communication, and a real passion for delivering the best outcomes for our clients.

We are seeking the following skills and experience:
- A minimum of 1 year’s experience working as an Occupational Therapist.
- Paediatric experience
- Completed a masters in Occupational Therapy
- HCPC registered
- Ability to build rapport with clients and their families
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Organisational skills

Speech & Language Therapist
The Speech and Language Therapist will be responsible for assessing, designing, and supervising S< treatment goals for children with autism and related developmental disabilities.
Working as part of the interdisciplinary team, you will collaborate with the ABA treatment team and the BCBAs in the setting up and maintaining of ABA programmes and individual client goals. Our Speech and Language Therapist will complete screenings, assessments, client reports, and manage a caseload of single discipline clients under the supervision of the Clinical Lead.
Ideally experienced in working with ABA, the successful applicant will have experience in managing relationships, excellent communication, and a real passion for delivering the best outcomes for our clients.

ABA Therapist/Registered Behaviour Technician
An ABA Therapist/Registered Behaviour Technician (RBT) is responsible for implementing Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) interventions for children and young people with autism spectrum disorder and/or other related developmental disabilities in clinic, school, home and community settings.
The role of the ABA Therapist/RBT is to execute treatment plans developed and supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst® (BCBA®) to clients receiving services at First Bridge. The ABA Therapist is responsible for providing an engaging, positive and safe client experience in a fast paced and frequently changing environment.
We offer supervision and support for individuals working towards their BCBA® exams.
We are seeking the following skills and experience:
- Degree in Education or Psychology (or related field);
- Registered Behaviour Technician (RBT) qualification (desirable);
- Current work experience in a special school / ABA school or a SEN unit within a mainstream school;

Deputy Manager
As the Deputy Manager you will split your time supporting our Centre Managers in coordinating all administrative functions to assist in the smooth running of the centre as well as working within our classroom setting. You will be part of a team that provides compassionate, expert care to children with a particular focus on early intervention for children between infancy and seven years old in our centre.
This ideal candidate will have a minimum of EYQ L3 with experience looking after a team in an EY setting. The successful candidate will receive clinical training around the principles and deliver of ABA Treatment plans along with ongoing CPD.
The successful candidate will be an experienced Early Years Professional with an interest in our interdisciplinary approach to support young children with autism.
Specific skills and experience required will include:
- A minimum Early Years L3 Qualification (or equivalent)
- Experience working with children with autism or in a SEND setting
- Experience as a Deputy Manager in an Early Years setting is desirable however we are happy to consider applications from those such as room leads who are looking to step up in their career.
