Martyna is a passionate Early Years Educator and SENCO with 10 years’ experience in childcare. She supports children with disabilities and special educational needs and their families to access early intervention services and provision. She worked as an Area SENCO for a West London nursery chain, working with children, their parents and carers, and staff in multidisciplinary teams to achieve the best outcomes for families.
