Mikaela is an experienced, energetic and passionate BCBA® who has dedicated her life to the field of Applied Behaviour Analysis and its application to early years education and child development. She is experienced in interdisciplinary working and is a board member of the UK Society for Behaviour Analysis (UK-SBA).
