Andreea is an energetic and devoted Behaviour Analyst who is passionate about helping children with autism achieve their potential. Andreea has been working in the field of Applied Behaviour Analysis since 2014 working in different settings and with differently able children.
Andreea trained at an ABA school in London, where she focused on teaching communication, social, academic and self-help skills on top of basic teaching procedures and behaviour management. At the school, she worked directly with children from ten to 18 years old in 1:1 settings. Later on, she started providing ABA services in homes and mainstream schools where she delivered individualised interventions to children ranging from 24 months to nine years old. After completing her postgraduate degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis and collecting her experience hours, she started working as a supervisor and later as a consultant in different home and mainstream school programmes. She trained others (parents, therapists and school staff) on how to implement different individualised behavioural procedures and designed and implemented individualised programmes based on the children’s needs.
