Diane has more than 25 years’ experience in early years education and childcare, with a background including leadership, quality, learning and development. She is qualified in both early years teaching and human resources. She is an advocate of diversity and inclusion and actively seeks to discover the unique voice within each child, their attributes and rights and to help them discover and believe in the unique contribution they will make to the learning community, their family and society as they develop through their education.
Diane is committed to guiding First Bridge Centre by implementing the redefining of the way that autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is viewed and treated and on the delivery of a progressive and holistic approach to the children in our care their families.
