Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Mikaela is an experienced, energetic and passionate Behaviour Analyst who has dedicated her life to the field of Behaviour Analysis and the education of children, young people and adults since 2007, in a range of education settings. She is an advocate for the science of behaviour analysis and its application to the teaching and learning of new skills for individuals with Autism and related disabilities.

She is passionate about early intervention and incorporating ABA programmes alongside the Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum. She is dedicated to improving the lives of individuals with Autism and their families lives, raising expectations of what can be taught and achieved and enabling every individual to reach their full learning potential.
She is a board member of the UK Society for Behaviour Analysis (UK-SBA) and believes in the contribution ABA makes to the wellbeing of society by developing, enhancing and supporting the growth and vitality of the science of behaviour analysis through research, education and practice.

In addition to Applied Behaviour Analysis, Mikaela has extensive experience in Multi-disciplinary working, Training, Management, Public Speaking and the processes for acquiring and maintaining Education Health Care Plans.
