Tracie is a co-founder and non-executive board director at First Bridge who provides ongoing training, management and clinical oversight to our team. She is a BCBA and a Speech-Language Pathologist with 30 years experience in the field of paediatric neurodevelopmental disorders. She is a Clinical Director of Monarch House (CBI Health Group) since 2014, managing 11 interdisciplinary ABA centres across Canada. Tracie has previously founded and managed a private interdisciplinary paediatric centre for children with autism, which was acquired by CBI Health Group in 2014.

Tracie’s extensive clinical and operational experience in running a multi-center business model across Canada is invaluable to First Bridge.
